Country Mile Land, a leading land investment company, is hiring a Remote Land Acquisition Manager to join our team and help expand our reach in the U.S. market. You’ll be connecting with property owners in the U.S. from your remote location in Colombia, playing a critical role in driving our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact property owners to build rapport and identify potential acquisition opportunities
• Utilize effective sales strategies to negotiate, close deals, and meet weekly performance targets
• Manage leads efficiently using our CRM and maintain accurate records
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and written channels

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of results
• Fluent in English, with an American accent and strong reading/writing skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger) is a plus
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
