Position Summary:
The Cirtec Accounts Payable Clerk ensures our business pays its bills accurately and on time. The duties
include processing 200+ invoices weekly in our ERPs; IQMS, QAD and Made2Mange/Esker. Building
relationships with vendors by timely answering accounts payable inquiries via email in a shared Microsoft
Outlook inbox and reconciling supplier statements. Working closely with the site controllers and corporate
finance team to ensure a timely close at month, quarterly, and year end cycle.

Position Summary:
The Cirtec Accounts Payable Clerk ensures our business pays its bills accurately and on time. The duties

Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately to ensure timely and correct payments.
- Reconcile vendor accounts by verifying monthly statements and transactions.
- Handle payment runs and respond to supplier, contractor, and department queries about payments.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, reports, and receipts for proper documentation and compliance.
- Review and process expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and 1099 filing requirements.
- 1-3 years of AP experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
- Eye for detail; accuracy is imperative.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.
- ERP and AP automation software experience (IQMS, QAD, Made2Manage, Esker).
