British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Junior Analyst in Heredia
In the new world of shared services, bridging the gap between service lines and Finance is key to modern business success. If your goal is to become a valued business partner and Provide full support to the End Markets, this position is for you!
As a P2P Analyst for BASS Americas, you will prepare and certify the P2P accounts reconciliation in a monthly basis assuring that the ledger and the subledger matches the balances, provide full support to the End Markets related to specific topics such as Com Ex, WHT, Urgent Payments and execute the unblock of documents with price or quantity discrepancy, like many other tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include
- The first point of contact within End Market’s finance teams.
- Deliver processes as per SLAs agreed timings.
- Support your team when needed.
- Participate and lead projects or any ad hoc requirement.
- Escalate issues and provide possible solutions to your manager.
- Business Administration, Finance, Accountant or Economy students. If you have a degree is a PLUS!
- Intermediate English level
- Experience working with ERP and/or SAP is a PLUS!
- MS Office knowledge: Medium level, Intermediate excel
- 1-2 years of experience in similar positions.
