British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst (P2P) in Costa Rica

The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of invoices into SAP, providing best in class customer service to internal and external customers, and collaborate actively in process improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include

Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time. Resolve discrepancies of posted invoices.
Liaise with relevant parties (buyers, requestors, and suppliers, etc.) to resolve critical issues preventing invoices to be processed.
Maintains documentation to support AP transactions that facilitates the efficient review and audit of books and records.
Address ad-hoc requests to internal and external customers in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Assist in month-end closing processes.

What are we looking for?

1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (P2P), in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company)
Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields
Intermediate to advanced English level (required)
Office packages knowledge (specially MS Excel)
Strong communication and customer service skills
