Certified MS Excel Specialist Certification in Financial Operations or Procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee data entry and validation tasks using MS Excel to maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide support in the preparation and analysis of financial reports to assist in decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline Procure to Pay processes.
- Utilize technical skills to enhance procurement operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize financial workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of financial operations.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest financial and procurement practices.
- Contribute to the achievement of the companys financial goals by ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Have experience in Procure to Pay
- Procurement Procurement(Tech) and Hi-Tech domains is a plus.
- Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills to address financial discrepancies.
Certifications Required
Certified MS Excel Specialist Certification in Financial Operations or Procurement is a plus.
