Hybrid Roles:

Boston Scientific's hybrid workplace includes WFH and onsite. You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview.

About the role:
Provide the necessary support to all functional areas of the company for direct materials.
Your Responsibilities Include:

Perform all purchasing procedures regarding direct materials for the company, which are acquired with local and international suppliers.
Follow up on purchase orders.
Generate purchase orders in the system following local procedures.
Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals as per the procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and do push out or pull in when necessary.
Maintain good relations with suppliers.
Assess supplier performance periodically.
Manage recovery plans with suppliers when their capacity is facing issues to provide the required material.
Project Purchase Price Variance for AOP and Fs.
Maintain the cost-quality relation, pursuing the maximum savings for the company.
Generate continuous improvement projects for processes related.
Generate monitoring reports on expenses per department.
Monitor material consumption.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or Field Related.
English Level: B2+ (80% - 89%)
Desired knowledge: Excel Advanced, Inventory, SAP, Power BI
At least one year of experience in similar positions.
