You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

How you will contribute

You will:
  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
  • Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición:
El CPFR (Collaboration planning, Forecast & Replenishment) será responsable de garantizar el nivel de servicio, de liderar las conversaciones con los CPFRs Locales y Co-Liderar las conversaciones a nivel Regional, manteniendo métricas clave como un nivel de servicio, In Stock superior o iguales al JBP, controlando las dispersiones de días de inventario y la ejecución del Max Shelf. Además, deberá proporcionar visibilidad constante del Sell In y Sell Out a la compañía.

A nivel regional, será el responsable de generar y liderar conversaciones estratégicas con Walmart para la resolución de oportunidades, programas de Customer Engagement, así como también, el liderazgo y participación activa de la mesa de colaboración.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Para Costa Rica:
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de servicio e inventario, monitoreando y ajustando estrategias para mantener las metas establecidas.
  • Proveer análisis detallados de datos de Sell In y Sell Out para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
  • Análisis de dispersiones, Sell Thru, llenados de actividades comerciales
  • Revisión y sugeridos de ajuste de Forecast
  • Expandir buenas prácticas hacia Centro América
  • Asegurar la cadencia de reportes hacia Walmart e internos para garantizar visibilidad y acciones
  • Acompañar las conversaciones en cuanto a las oportunidades y riesgos a nivel comercial (Proyecciones Sell In / Sell Out)
  • Asegurar la implementación de los proyectos de CPFR
  • Dar visibilidad de los llenados de las Actividades Comerciales y de sus remanentes

  • A Nivel Regional:
  • Generar y liderar conversaciones estratégicas a nivel CAM para asegurar un nivel de servicio Best in Class, así como la priorización en toda la cadena E2E
  • Actuar como el punto de contacto regional para asuntos relacionados con nivel de servicio, abastecimiento y catálogo (soporte), coordinando esfuerzos y asegurando la correcta implementación de estrategias.
  • Acompañar en la construcción de JBP y seguimiento en la ejecución

  • Coordinación con Distribuidores:
  • Guiar a los CPFR de los distribuidores para garantizar un servicio óptimo en la gestión de la marca bajo un modelo indirecto.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con los distribuidores para alinear objetivos y expectativas.

Educación/ Titulaciones:
  • Profesional graduado en Administración o afines.

Requisitos específicos del puesto:
  • Excel intermedio - avanzado.
  • Conocimiento en Power BI (Deseable).
  • CPFR GRS - Retail Link.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
