Digital Product Manager

- Works with Boston Scientific internal stakeholders and vendors to create Service Now roadmap for Boston Scientific in consultation with his/her supervisor and coordination with the Director, Digital Workplace and Global Service Delivery and the CIO
- Partner with stakeholders (internal IT and external business leaders) to maintain and advance Service Now.
- Be the champion of the product internally and externally, pushing for rapid adoption and resolution of production issues.
- Actively engages in education & research to stay current with Service Now and associated standards like ITIL, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Compliance.
- Directs Service Now support staff daily to set priority between operational needs and product advancement activities to ensure goals are accomplished.
- Assist the Product Owner in Defining and Prioritizing the product backlog translating high-level requirements into user stories and performs acceptance testing on a rolling basis throughout each product increment.
- Monitor Service Now production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with IT leadership to establish reports and KPIs (key performance indicators) that can be used to track overall IT operations status.
- Project Management activities including participating and leading scrum meetings, leading minor change efforts, and/or assisting project managers assigned from the PMO.
- Fill the role of Service Now Subject Matter Expert and Quality Assurance Analyst as needed.
- Follows all security standards when working with sensitive data.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Incorporate Agile, Lean, and User Centered Design methodologies to execute on product development, implementation, and operations.
- Work in dedicated, co-located product teams, offsite resources and external Vendor partners, consisting of Product Managers, Software Engineers, Designers, and Data Scientists/Engineers.
- Establish and track measurable objectives for the team.
- Responsible for maintaining product backlog, writing user stories, product feature and design validation, product development prioritization and decisions on releases.
- Adjust product direction based on data, customer feedback, and business stakeholder feedback.
- Inform product decisions by balancing user and business stakeholder input; create and execute on product roadmaps (outcomes based).
- Responsible to release new product as often as is appropriate and making that determination in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Solicit input from Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Security, Privacy and other functions to deliver compliant software in an agile manner.
- Serve as the interface between the team and the business. Represent as the Product Owner, Stakeholders and functions in all team discussions.
- Manage and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, business model, MVP. Collaborate with divisional stakeholders on strategy, optimal product definition and the Agile, Lean, User-Centered, Dev Ops process and culture.
- Outstanding change management experience
- Experience in developing value propositions, as well as business case opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to present to peers as well as executive management
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and foster constructive relationships with key internal and external customers.
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of business acumen, strategy creation, and execution excellence
- Bachelor’s degree required Computer science, Business Administration, Management of information Systems.
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience with Service Now
- ITSM methodology experience
- Experience working with an Agile team
- English Level desire 90% or above

- Experience working for a Med Tech/Biotech/Pharmaceutical company
