Hybrid Prose On Pixels Prose on Pixels is a global content at scale agency built to address the marketing challenges of today and deliver meaningful content into the future. We are looking for a Director of Operations with a strong background in Digital Production to join our growing team and lead our Costa Rica operation.

This role will contribute to drive the operational excellence, oversee the day-to-day activities and functions within the organization. Ensure seamless operations, managing resources effectively, optimizing processes for efficiency, and leading teams towards achieving performance targets. This entails strategic planning to align operational activities with organizational goals, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across different regions are required.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Digital, Advertising, Operations, Business Administration) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations, with a focus on process improvement, KPIs tracking, production workflow, business improvement
• Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally within a production or content-driven industry.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment and manage complex operational processes
