Document and Funding Specialist

This is a full time onsite job at Casa Leona, Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Compass Equipment Finance provides affordable equipment financing plans for commercial trucking companies and dealerships.
Responsibilities:
  • Working with the documentation and funding of equipment loans.
  • Clearing loan Stipulations, to prepare a loan to fund.
  • Review of Loan Documents, Insurance, Inspection Reports, Etc.
  • Pulling of reports needed for decision making.
  • Communicating directly with dealerships and our sales force regarding pending deals.
  • Maintaining documentation in filing system.
  • Collaborating with CEF Operations team.
  • Various clerical and administrative duties.
  • Other responsibilities and assignments as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in Adobe Pro
