This is a full time onsite job at Casa Leona, Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
The Inside Sales Associate will focus primarily on new customer acquisition through proactive outreach. This role requires an energetic, self-motivated, and persuasive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including cold calling, client referrals, and following up on various leads.
• Research potential leads using CRM, business directories, and digital resources.
• Maintain and update a target list/database of prospect clients.

Sales Consultations:

• Understand the client’s needs and offer tailored solutions based on Compass’ products and services.
• Present and deliver detailed product information and value propositions to prospective clients.

Lead Qualification & Follow-up:

• Qualify leads from various sources and determine readiness to engage in the sales process.

Collaboration & Closing Sales:

• Manage and guide prospects through the sales process to successful close, including follow-up calls and closing paperwork.

Sales Tracking & Reporting:

• Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics and performance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with updates on prospective clients and sales progress.

Pipeline Development & Maintenance:

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to continually replenish prospects and maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience & Skills:

• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with new clients throughout the day.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage potential customers effectively.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in outbound call centers, inside sales, or a related sales role preferred.
