Execution Operations Head

Are you passionate about sales and commercial strategy? Join our Commercial Team as an Execution Operations Head. You’ll be responsible for ensuring flawless execution across all Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
This position is responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand visibility across the country. This role will be remote, located in San José, Costa Rica.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Mindset: Develop and execute Customer Marketing and Marketing Strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives. Designing and implementing promotional programs, trade marketing initiatives and shopper marketing campaigns.
Commercial Data Analysis: Analyze market insights and sales data to identify opportunities and make decisions. Maintain consistent in-store visibility to ensure brand awareness, equity and proper innovation support.
Brand Building Management : Budget for these countries (end to end process). Supervise and analyze territory performance alongside customers to generate action plans. Review on shelf placement strategy execution. Follow up on innovation and new products encoding in distributors and customers. Coordinate and supervise merchandising, impulse and sampling teams.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s Degree.
3+ business experience in Sales, Trade and/or Customer Marketing departments.
Field Execution experience.
Deep knowledge on market/customer dynamics in each region.
Office skills: intermediate or higher.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
English level: intermediate or higher.
