Modality: Hybrid (Once a week on-site in Radial Alajuela office)

What you'll be doing:

• Respond to incoming service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system, and provide prompt and courteous technical support to end-users.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
  
• Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed, and follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Record and track service requests and resolutions in a ticketing system, and maintain accurate records of service levels and response times.
  
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware usage as needed.
  
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
  
• Participate in projects related to IT support and services, and assist with the development of policies and procedures related to IT support.
  

What you have:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  
• 2+ years of experience in providing technical support and assistance to end-users.
  
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end-users.
  
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
  

What will make you stand out:

• Experience in remote desktop support tools such as RDP, VNC, or Team Viewer.
  
• Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
