Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:This role will provide HRIS solutions and support for the Service Now HRSD application used by Bridgestone teammates across North and South American. The role will be responsible for teammate and manager inquiry resolutions, knowledge content management, reporting, solution design, configuration, and testing. This position is hands-on and requires strong critical thinking and data analysis skills. The successful candidate will take an active role in an established Service Now HRSD support team with a primary focus of support solutioning for requests and resolving inquiries from our LA countries. This position will ensure the accuracy of the HRIS information and will help deploy and test new features of the application to ensure a seamless teammate experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support, perform application configuration updates, create and update reports, monitor integrations, perform application health checks, support upgrades, implement approved changes, and assist with communication and change management activities.
  • Track, analyze, and resolve system support inquiries.
  • Resolve data related issues and apply appropriate data updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR related information.
  • Resolve process or technical issues affecting data integrity.
  • Partners with HR Agent Leaders/Managers to improve efficiency of HR Cases and HR Agents.
  • Work with the software vendor’s support organization to resolve issues that require vendor assistance.
  • Collaborate with the Service Now Platform Team to plan for new releases or release updates.
  • Lead and participate in new release and system upgrade testing.
  • Ensure Business Services governance model is being followed, bring new requests that deviate from the established change control guiding principles to the regional change control board.
  • Manage the intake and delivery of new requirements; facilitate the delivery of new requests utilizing an agile delivery methodology via Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Service Now connection.
  • Assist in developing user procedures, reference guides, and documentation to support end users and fulfillers in application access, application usage, processes, features, and functionality.
  • Participate in Agile planning sessions and manage the intake and delivery of new requirements; facilitate the delivery of stories and features utilizing an agile (SAFe) delivery methodology via Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
Requisitos / Qualifications:
  • Required: 3 years of experience in an HRIS related role prefer specific experience supporting or implementing Service Now
  • Experience supporting HR functions and specifically HR Service Delivery
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High level of professional and personal integrity and ability to exercise good judgment
  • Skilled at building cross-functional and multi-level relationships
  • Requires strong analytical skills and the ability interpret business requirements to technical solutions and business process mapping
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus but not required
  • At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)
