- Good knowledge of available products (laptops, cell phones and peripherals)
- Good verbal and written communication, specifically dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Must have: Organization skills and well-structured working approach. Ability to set priorities.
- Must have: Knowledge on end-to-end IT Asset Management and IT hardware/SIM card lifecycle management.
- Must have: Ability to manage end to end customer requests and attention to details when gathering requirements.
- Good knowledge on ITIL framework and best practices, Compliance Management.
- Good to have: Knowledge about Purchase Orders
- Good to have : Knowledge on usage of SAP, ERP tools, ticket management systems.
- Good to have : Working knowledge of excel and Power Point.
English: Advanced
100% On site (San José, Costa Rica)
Local Standard Business hours (Monday to Friday)
