TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support management in the production area (e.g., ensuring employee qualifications, conducting training, supporting personal development, complying with HSE and GMP requirements).
Planning, coordinating, and controlling work process in production and cleaning, including assigning personnel to ensure adherence to the production schedule.
Organizing and ensuring the flow of information within the organization.
Managing and conducting investigations into the causes of operational disruption and near-misses and developing proposals for the resolution.
Implementation of daily evaluation of the production process (tracking of production operational data, e.g. cycle times, throughput, PSS and any other metrics of the production area).
Implementing daily evaluations of the production process (monitoring productions operational, data, such as cycle times, yield, volume performance, continuous improvement system, and any other production are metrics).
Initiating, supporting, and developing digital tools for process stabilization and optimization as well as continuously generating ideas for process improvement.
Conducting complex root cause investigations and participating in operational optimization projects.
Collaborating on the modification and creation of document (e.g., SOP, Wis, etc.)
Preparing for and following up during inspections and audits.
Analyze production data to identify trends, address issues and enhance overall productivity.
Another duty may be assigned to the employee once the corresponding training is completed.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or business administration.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Process improvement and Quality investigation Tools.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in English, excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to communicate and oriented multicultural groups of people at different levels.
Proficiency in the use of PC and programs, particularly Excel, Word, Power Point.
Experience in Quality System regulation: ISO 13485-2016, FDA.
Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Initiative and Proactive.
Open mind and capable to face changes in a positive way. High leadership level.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production processes.
Good management skills, able to develop teamwork, communication and excellent interpersonal relationships.
Passport and US Visa active, and willing to travel.
