What you will be doing:
- Provide assistance to the manufacturing floor and operate daily molding process operations.
- Plan and carry out preventive equipment maintenance activities: scheduled maintenance, supervision of maintenance staff, fault diagnosis and response, creation of maintenance procedures, management of supplier stocks and equipment.
- Develop and improve molding processes for new and existing products.
- Think critically to enhance production efficiency and response time.
- Measure parts, create prototypes, test pieces.
- Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Report), NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Report), and p FMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities.
- Respond to customer complaints and initiate actions to prevent recurrence of non-conformities related to product, service, processes, or the quality system.
- Perform all work within an ISO 13485-regulated working environment.
- Support equipment and production line validation activities.
- Produce and review product documentation, including manufacturing work instructions, drawings, proposals, and technical reports. Develop test plans.
- Conduct and/or oversee testing, data collection and analysis, research, and prototyping.
- Experience in 2D and 3D CAD design and drawing using Solid Works.
- Work under general direction.

What we expect from you:
- Relevant technical degree, such as Mechanical Engineering (ME), Industrial Engineering (IE), Technological Engineering (MET), Electrical Engineering (EE), Physics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineer such as Mechanical Engineering (ME), Industrial Engineering (IE), Technological Engineering (MET), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 requirements (Desirable).
- Experience in 3D modeling using Solid Works.
- Experience in the installation and validation of molding equipment and associated facilities.
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of molding tools.
- Lean manufacturing experience (Desirable).
- Certifications related to statistics, such as 6 Sigma (Desirable).
- 5 years of related experience.
- Able to plan and supervise workload for up to 6 people.
- Attention to detail and excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities with little or no supervision.
- Advanced English.
