Onsite EAP Counselor (Licensed Counselor or Social Worker)

Cura Linc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in the Costa Rica Free Zone area.* This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (3 hours per week*).
While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.
Primary Responsibilities
Pay: ₡35,000.00 - ₡36,500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 per week
Education:
While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic)
- Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees
- Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
- Provides Management Consultations
- Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response
- Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
- Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction
- Masters Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
- Current Independent State License to Practice
- Current Malpractice Insurance
- Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
- Experience in Work-Related Issues
- EAP Experience Preferred
- Experience in trauma
- CEAP a Plus
Pay: ₡35,000.00 - ₡36,500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 per week
Education:
- Master's (Required)
- Independent Clinical License (Required)
