Manage the delivery of Global Payroll Strategy project in assigned country with a particular focus on centralizing, streamlining, and simplifying processes and technology in your region. Liaison point between project and Global Payroll Strategy Program with responsibility for reporting and escalating issues and exceptions.

Your Responsibilities :
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Define and manage changes to the project delivery scope.
- Development and maintenance of the overall project plan; work with workstream leads to ensure robustness of project plans and the identification and management of delivery dependencies.
- Establishing and running the project team and Steering Committee governance
- Managing project risks and issues, ensuring robust mitigating plans are in place and monitored, escalating as necessary.
- Reporting progress and exceptions to the program governance meetings
- Manage the project resources in project team. This includes delivery from external stakeholder such as vendors, IT and local colleagues
- In cooperation with Regional CCM&T SME and support from Global Program team lead communication and change management to all key stakeholders and to project steering committee
- Stakeholder management: Identify and ensure there are plans to manage and engage with other local delivery teams (e.g., Finance, benefits, tax and treasury)
- Work closely with Finance partners and other related functions on project planning & forecasting as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- Solid experience of managing complex projects across multiple geographical locations.
- Experience of working on Payroll for Brasil.
- Experience of working on HR Transformation projects including Payroll and/or Payroll Technology changes.
- Experience of managing third-party vendors
- Proficient with MS Office – MS Project, Excel, and Power Point in particular
- Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization.
Preferred Experience:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Knowledge and experience in applying key HR and human capital concepts in prior projects.
