Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Credit Risk management knowledge and experience
- Deep understanding of change management process
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Coupa – specifically clean up of data, identifying data gaps, and closing out data gaps
- Ability to work with various technology platforms
- Providing support when new ticket gets raised
- Management of global vendor base
- Closely engage with stakeholders
- May also support the delivery of other DSS procurement and sourcing services including spend analysis, supplier performance management, and contract administration

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- A minimum of 1-4 years of work experience in IT operations, risk management, or operational procurement
Additional Information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and team leadership capabilities
- Excellent project management skills including project planning, time management, multitasking, critical path definition
- Client Services Capabilities: Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skills
- Ability to learn and master client specific processes, terminology, political environment, systems and unique requirements by various business groups
- Solid decision making ability using available facts in sensitive client situations
- Need to be analytical and self-driven
