We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Associate to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).

• Create and Maintain Environments as requested.
• Setting up Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Controlling access to data by understanding the Power Platform security model.
• Managing user accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
• Process licensing request and ensuring compliance.
• Monitoring platform performance and optimize capacity if needed
• Making data available to makers (users) through connectors, integrations, or migration.
• Collaborating with other teams to align Power Platform
• Providing support and guidance to users.
• Run stablished Platform controls
• Addressing issues related to Power Platform functionality, performance, and user experience.
