This is defined as a flexible working arrangement that enables employees to divide their time between working from home and working from an office location. Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting training system and questions with internal and external customers.
- Regular email support, training system interactions and general problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Basic maintenance of LMS and its content.
Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Experience reporting in Excel and other database-driven is required.
- 6+ months of experience in training and learning field.
- Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high-energy team supporting customers’ questions and needs.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Stakeholder management.
- Strong record of evaluating situations quickly and act decisively.
- Adaptability and/or flexibility.
- A history of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving skills
- Communication skills
