British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Transactional Finance in Heredia
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily Management of the Fixed Assets/CAPEX requests.
- Review established workflow and identified areas for improvement and escalate. Also, review escalated issues and resolve in a timely manner.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline to allow end markets review and analysis.
- Monitor month-end activities ensuring accurately and period is closed as per agreed timetable. Moreover, provide support to audits applying controls effectively by mitigating risks.
- Develop, suggest, and implement new procedures to ensure efficiency and effective operation of processes; and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with stakeholders by solving issues, providing guidance, and promoting a customer-oriented culture.
What are we looking for?
- Accounting graduate.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in shared services centres and 1 year of leadership experience (Preferred).
- English – medium or advanced level. (Mandatory).
- MS Excel –Advanced level.
- Skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
