How you’ll make an impact:
- Organize and manage all regional training sessions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for regional calendar queries.
- Communicate with participants and evaluate training feedback.
- Monitor and update the budget for regional training expenses.
- Promote regional development opportunities.
- Support onsite in-person trainings and partner with the team for regional learning needs analysis.
- Administer training sessions and update internal ERP system (Workday) with offerings, enrolments, and waitlists.
- Administer program cohorts and support training material preparation.
- Handle TM&L requests through Service Now and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Perform other incidental duties as required.
This is a temporary contract (maternity cover) for up to three years.
What you'll need (Required):
- University degree and some experince in learning & development, administration/ events or other related field.
- Proficiency in English
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Proven experince of Microsoft Office, primary Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and strict attention to detail
