Channel Development Manager
This position reports into the Senior Manager, e Commerce Media and is based in Prague, Czech Republic.

What You Will Do
Your primary focus will be analyzing performance data from the digital shelf analytics platforms to identify key areas for improvement in content, search, and ratings & reviews with a focus on the e Pharmacy channel.

You will utilize the executional knowledge to support the planning & delivery of e Commerce revenue targets by driving increased e Commerce sales and an optimal commercial strategy focused on our priority e Pharmacy channel.

The Channel Development Manager partners closely with regional and local markets across Customer Development, Marketing, Digital, e Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, CBI, and others to deliver the channel strategy & execution for the channels..

Responsibilities

• Grow sell-out in the selected countries by supporting local teams with insights on executional excellence for e Pharmacies/Pureplay platforms.

• Be the power user of our Digital Shelf platform and support other teams on trainings, insights and ways on how they can grow sales.

• Lead the e Pharmacy Sub Channel strategy and work with cross functional colleagues to execute the roadmap leading to turbocharged growth by:

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

• A BA degree is desirable. Master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred.

• Experience in e Commerce execution is required.

• Progressive experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated commercial role within FMCG, Consumer/the Pharmacy industry.

• Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions. Record of making decisions and implementing change.

• Understanding of end-user experience as it relates to online purchasing

• Media mix expertise with understanding of retailer media preferred

• Experience leading in a matrix environment and cross functional teams is required.

• Fluency in English is required
