Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Program Manager to join our Sportsbook Product Department. This role's main goal is to drive and lead the end-to-end implementation of new products and services within a project and agile environment. As Program Manager, you will follow the project from the ideation to its rollout and delivery, working for all 5 countries and 6 brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Leading an assigned team to deliver defined not only technology projects or complex services or business programs and projects on time and within budget and quality, communicating and presenting the progress of activities
• Responsibility for financial management, budgets, reporting of related activities, monitoring and managing end-to-end delivery of programs and projects
• Identify, monitor, and control risk, managing stakeholders' expectations and helping them understand resource constraints and prioritization
• Understand the internal customer's business to be able to proactively act on any situation that may occur in the portfolio of programs and projects.
• Manage specification of requirements for new services, for their certification and licensing according to the country’s law and for their integration to local Fortuna systems.
• Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency to the stakeholders, serve as an escalation point within assigned activities

What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:

• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak (C1) is mandatory
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of computer science and/or project management
• +3yrs experience in project management in IT / SW development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very good technical and organizational skills
• Orientation on project and agile methodology and following simple principles

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• Certification / professional training in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) or Scaled Agile Framework is an advantage

• Experience in an international environment
