Current Opportunity:
Right now, we’re looking for a Group Product Owner to join our Player Management team. The purpose of the role is to drive ROI and Customer satisfaction of the entrusted product. As a Product Owner, you should be representing what and why should be done with products and apply common standards using defined standards from the community, fulfilling the standards defined mandatory by the company. The role holder is also responsible for the vision of the entrusted product, public representation/managing stakeholders and should serve as main contact for business and growth of product

What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• ROI/customer satisfaction responsibility on overall ART level

• Customer satisfaction (SUS, Focus groups, CSAT, Online questionnaire, …). Managing stakeholders

• Follow PDCA contept (Plan, Do, Check, Act)

• Define Product vision and strategy based on ART and COMPANY vision and strategy with main focus on customers and data driven decisions
• Actively participating in PI and other SAFE ceremonies
• Main escalation point for issues within the team related to product features and backlog priorities. Responsible for balance delivery within the team
• Responsible for outside team perception of product and main contact for product-related questions (business, customers)
• Proactively propose product innovations and improvements

What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:

• University degree
• 3+ years of experience in software development and online channel management
• Proficiency in written and verbal English, Czech and/or Slovak
• Active communication including calls/skype, read docs,write specs
• Product management, product development or project management skills
• Scrum and agile methodologies
