POSITION SUMMARY / POPIS PRÁCE

• Handles customer requests and leads for group accommodation and catering;

• Responds timely and accurately to incoming group/catering opportunities;

• Works closely with the customers to meet their needs and actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue and drive customer loyalty;

• Processes business correspondence and creates proposals, presentations, contracts and other related booking documentation;

• Ensures accurate and timely handover (Banquet event orders, Group sheets) for quality service delivery;

• Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business as required;

• Maintains customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience, promotes the Marriott Bonvoy program;

• Conducts site inspections and presentations for the clients;

• Demonstrates excellent selling skills, strong communication skills, and a detailed understanding of property operations, food and beverage, and event planning.

• Achieves personal and team financial/non-financial goals;

• Zpracování skupinových a konferenčních poptávek pro hotel Prague Marriott;

• Přesné a včasné zpracování poptávek, rychlá reakce na požadavky klientů;

• Úzká spolupráce s klienty za účelem identifikace a splnění jejich požadavků;

• Aktivní prodej doplňkových služeb za účelem navýšení celkových tržeb;

• Zpracování obchodní korespondence a příprava nabídek, prezentací, smluv a další související dokumentace;

• Zajišťění řádného a včasného předání akce, aby bylo garantováno poskytnutí kvalitních služeb provozními odděleními;

• Účast na telefonátech a schůzkách s klienty za účelem získání nových obchodních příležitostí a/nebo uzavření obchodu;

• Poskytování profesionálních služeb v průběhu celého procesu, aby byla dosažena maximálné spokojenost klientů a ti zůstali věrni hotelu Prague Marriott.

• Propagace Marriott Bonvoy programu;

• Zajištění prohlídek hotelu a prezentací pro klienty;

• Efektivní využívání prodejních a komunikačních schopnosti, porozumění hotelovému provozu, F&B a plánování akcí.

• Dosahování osobních a týmových finančních/nefinančních cílů;

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
