This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help our clients compile applications for German citizenship that comprise ancestral records, vital record documents and other related documents as well as sworn translations and international certifications. This is a client facing that requires a friendly and flexible attitude, coupled with strong organisational skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help our clients compile applications for German citizenship that comprise ancestral records, vital record documents and other related documents as well as sworn translations and international certifications. This is a client facing that requires a friendly and flexible attitude, coupled with strong organisational skills.
Job Description
- Case management of clients throughout the process including research if required
- Liaising with clients on all aspects of the progress via email and Teams
- Eligibility assessments for German citizenship services
- Liaising with international staff and German authorities
- Participating in regular production meetings
- Preparing internal and external reports
- Other research and administrative and project management tasks as required
- Liaising with clients for other EU citizenships where required
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional level of German
- Professional level of English
- Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects, priorities and deadlines
- Efficiency and resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the work
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Work in an international company with an established position in the market
