Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, providing excellent service in German and English.
- Process customer orders and enter them into our system accurately.
- Review and pre-check documents related to transport and customs procedures.
- Communicate with clients and partners regarding shipments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with our Swiss team to ensure all processes meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or customs clearance is an advantage.
