The role:
Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, including document review, contract drafting, and in-depth legal due diligence. You will be deeply involved in project work, ensuring a detailed approach, and can expect individualized guidance. You will participate in M&A transactions from start to finish. In addition to M&A, you may engage in corporate legal advisory for daily business operations and gain insights into other legal fields such as employment law, litigation, and competition law. Senior attorneys will provide support and assign tasks to you. You will have a mentor assigned to guide you. You will also be able to work independently and directly communicate with clients. You will actively participate in client meetings and be part of signings and closings. You will frequently collaborate and communicate with colleagues from other Clifford Chance offices worldwide.

What is important to us:

• You have graduated from a law school in the Czech Republic.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Since many of our clients are international corporations, you will often communicate in English.
• An active and responsible approach to work. We expect you to handle tasks independently and take initiative.
• Enthusiasm for corporate law. We seek someone genuinely interested in corporate law and eager to develop in this field.
• Ability to work in a team and strong work ethic. We value teamwork, seek someone willing to contribute to common goals, and foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Strong sense of responsibility. Your work will involve critical tasks and details, so a high level of care and responsibility is crucial.
