Your role...
Providing operational HR Support to the CC Edwards EMEA N&E and the Benelux VT entity. Supporting our Hire-to-Retire process; in the field of Talent Acquisition & Development, HR Data & Administration, Employee Engagement and rollout of various HR projects.
The HR Generalist will be a contributing in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to be rolled out within our Customer Center and this in collaboration and in support of the People & Culture Manager.

Working in partnership with local HR’s and the People & Culture Manager of the Customer Center to deliver qualitative HR support to the Management Team and Line Managers across the EMEA Customer Centre:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Coordinate with local HRM’s the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Raise job requisitions, conduct & schedule interviews, arrange Assessments, monthly reporting. Ensuring all recruitment activities are on track and issues escalated and appropriately followed-up.
  • Support Early Career initiatives in collaboration with People & Culture Manager and Line Managers.
  • Keep close eye on recruitment expenses (external supplier management, jobboards,…) and proper administration of all recruitment activities.
  • Supporting Global Mobility transfers.
  • Support in Early Career initiatives (identifying and connecting local needs vs options).
Talent Development:
  • Coordinate onboarding training to new hires.
  • Follow-up and coordinate training schemes and development plans, ….
  • Share and identify training on best practices, support in organizing soft skills trainings,…
  • Support with Learning link: register trainings, set-up playlists, assign trainings. And keep close eye on training KPI’s followed.
  • Support Line Managers identifying training needs for their team and liaise with the Digital Services & Learning Manager (technical training needs).
HR Data Integrity & administration:
  • Ensuring accurate HR Personnel data and ensure HR data integrity.
  • Launch and manage content of the HRM Sharepoint for the Customer Center + local VT entity.
HR Projects:
  • Support with People & Culture initiatives on Employee Engagement, Employer branding, Wellbeing, Inclusion & Diversity, ...
  • Maintain a good relationship with important stakeholders (Management team, Line Managers, Employees, Local and Div. HR colleagues, ...) to identify joined opportunities and projects.


What we expect from you...
  • Track record of delivering HR operational support in highly dynamic environment
  • At least 3 years experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and use HRIS Systems
  • Experience of working in a complex and matrix organization
  • Empathetic way of communicating
  • Business driven and ability to connect HR to business projects
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and reschedule work in a changing environment
  • Ability to set goals and consistently deliver timely and accurate results and service
  • Be a team player
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
  • Ability to communicate in a professionally way with different stakeholders accross the whole organisation
  • Perfect English language skills, both written and verbal. Any other European lanague(s) is an advantage (we have employees over +15 countries in the EMEA region)
  • Occasionnal travel might be requested
