• Provide HR administration and support services,
• Participate on HR projects,
• Completing assigned tasks according to HR team´s processes and supervisor´s instructions,
• Support initiatives related to employee engagement,
• Manage employee adaptation processes,

Personality assumptions and skills

• Understanding of general HR policies and procedures,
• Fluent English,
• Good proficiency of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook,
• University degree in either Economics, Human Resources Management or Psychology is an advantage,
• Ability to undertake confidential work in a sensitive manner,
• Excellent organizing and process related skills,
• Team player, supporting constructive working environment, bringing enthusiasm, drive and proactivity,
• Open minded person with the capability to work flexibly,
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and reasoning skills.
