- Provide HR administration and support services,
- Participate on HR projects,
- Completing assigned tasks according to HR team´s processes and supervisor´s instructions,
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement,
- Manage employee adaptation processes,
- Responsible for language education in the company,
- Responsible for benefits,
- Responsible for HR documentation: general data inputting and maintaining personal files, uploading documents and data.
- Understanding of general HR policies and procedures,
- Fluent English,
- Good proficiency of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook,
- University degree in either Economics, Human Resources Management or Psychology is an advantage,
- Ability to undertake confidential work in a sensitive manner,
- Excellent organizing and process related skills,
- Team player, supporting constructive working environment, bringing enthusiasm, drive and proactivity,
- Open minded person with the capability to work flexibly,
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and reasoning skills.
