Provide HR administration and support services,
Participate on HR projects,
Completing assigned tasks according to HR team´s processes and supervisor´s instructions,
Support initiatives related to employee engagement,
Manage employee adaptation processes,
Responsible for language education in the company,
Responsible for benefits,
Responsible for HR documentation: general data inputting and maintaining personal files, uploading documents and data.

Personality assumptions and skills

Understanding of general HR policies and procedures,
Fluent English,
Good proficiency of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook,
University degree in either Economics, Human Resources Management or Psychology is an advantage,
Ability to undertake confidential work in a sensitive manner,
Excellent organizing and process related skills,
Team player, supporting constructive working environment, bringing enthusiasm, drive and proactivity,
Open minded person with the capability to work flexibly,
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and reasoning skills.
