Coca-Cola HBC is the biggest bottler and vendor of Coca-Cola products in Europe and currently we are looking for CUSTOMER PROFITABILITY FINANCE MANAGER to join our team in Prague! You will have the opportunity work in a multinational environment as part of commercial finance team, own processes E2E, learn about different areas of commercial finance with flexible working conditions and a competitive compensation package.
The main purpose of this role is delivery of control and analysis over company's profitability by products and channels. Customer Profitability Manager will be part of a Commercial finance controlling team and provides value added insights and partner with Commercial function to sustainably increase customer profitability. You will be working closely with functional stakeholders to achieve this goal, needing to understand their issues, constructively challenge their inputs and together deliver a high-quality results. Individually, this position will have responsibility for a wide variety of deliverables related to the reporting, planning and appraisal process.

What does the selection process look like?

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership for calculation and analysis of company's profitability by products, channels and sales areas both in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Manage the team (mentoring both – seniors & juniors), set priorities, engage, and ensure development.
- Supports building capabilities in the commercial teams to understand the financial impact of the commercial decisions: Customer P&L, RGM KBIs, Promo ROI.
- Performs Customer/ Channel P&L /Promo ROI reporting and reviews.
- Perform financial evaluation/business simulations of new products launches.
- Provide solid analysis with external perspective to support decision making and drive the performance improvement.
- Perform regular period end closing, planning and budgeting activities in area of profitability and OPEX allocation.
- Ensures successful pipeline development and participate in the continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools (accuracy, speed, analysis).
- Develop productive relationships with commercial/marketing key stakeholders, to deepen understanding of issues and process.
- Reviews and approves the commercial contracts (T&C's).
- Implement control routine over customers' contract terms and conditions performance.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Leadership experience
- Experience in Finance & Controlling
- Advanced user of MS Excel, Access
- Higher University degree (Finance, Control, Technical, Cybernetics) is a plus, not must have
- Good communication skills and ability to translate complex raw data into simple key messages
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- English – Advanced level
- Open minded, change agent, agility learner
- This role is based in Prague with hybrid mode - so another requirements is to work in this mode and to be located in Czechia.

- Interview 1.5 hours, meeting with the team manager, includes a test of analytical skills.
