• Independent prospecting for potential sales opportunities
• Working closely with insurance brokers
• Dealing with CFOs, management and business owners
• Arranging appointments and meeting with clients and brokers in the region
• Managing the sales process in company IT systems

• Completed secondary education
• Willingness to travel
• Experience in selling B2B services is advantage
• High level of independence and initiative, openness to change
• Ability to work in a team and persuasive presentation
• Good command of Czech and English
• Group B driving licence
