Optimization of manufacturing technology of composites materials

JOB DESCRIPTION
Propose optimization of manufacturing process and improvement of technical documentation of composite parts. For composite parts, is necessary to keep the same cutting and layer orientation of the fabric. The documentation should be specified in a way allowing same overlaps and same layup to be mantained by every manufacturer.
- Prepare a research about hybrid parts, carbon fiber, aramide combine with glass fiber
- Make an overview regrading current documentation§
- Prepare a risk analysis – possibility of mistakes due to different layout of parts
- Propose possible improvements in technical documentation specification
- Suggest methodology for composite parts documentation
- Other ad-hoc tasks
WE REQUIRE
- Full-time university studies or studies at a Business College (technical)
- Knowledge of German or English - communicative level (B2)
- Availability to stay for a period of 6 months
- MS Office, CAD system CATIA V5

- Reward between CZK 170,- and CZK 200,-/hour (depending on the study phase)
