Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Lead and manage programs linked to benefits across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate collaborative relationships with business leaders across key functions to drive program success.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective program execution.
• Problem Solving: Identify problems and drive appropriate solutions with a strong focus on results.
• Change Management: Navigate and manage rapid and complex changes within the work environment.
• Communication: Facilitate senior-level discussions and decisions, effectively communicating program goals and progress.
• Travel as need for training and to perform job functions (less than 10%)

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Any Bachelor’s degree (preferably in human resources, business administration or related discipline).
• 3-5 years’ experience in project and/or program management.
• Business English (proficiency level - spoken and written) - German/Spanish/French as a plus
• Proven experience in human resources program management, preferably focusing on employee benefits, in a global or complex organization.
• Excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Enthusiastic team player with a passion for innovative solutions and process improvement.
• Experience with employee benefits and/or people projects, vendor management and outsources services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders to completion with demanding deadlines.
