Role and Responsibilities of an Aerospace Designer:
Propulsion Engineers will be tasked with several critical duties:

• Evaluating propulsion systems. Working with other engineers, designers, and technicians to integrate the propulsion system, meeting safety and performance standards.
• Conducting experimental tests and simulations to evaluate the performance of propulsion systems under different conditions.
• Analyzing data obtained from tests and simulations to identify areas for improvement and ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborating with other engineering teams to integrate propulsion systems into aircraft and spacecraft designs.
• Staying abreast of advancements in propulsion technology and incorporating innovative solutions into new and existing designs.
• Ensuring that all propulsion systems and processes comply with regulations and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years’ experience in propulsion system design and development, or related discipline.
• In-depth Knowledge: Expert in structural (both primary and secondary) design. Advanced technical skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Skills/Abilities: Excellent Engineering Skills, Results Focus, Customer Service Orientation, Action Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Teamwork & Cooperation, Business Acumen, Decision-Making Skills; Proficiency in Catia V5/V6/3D Experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Education/Certification: BS degree required. Preferred in Aerospace Engineering.
• Language: English (Advanced), other EU language (advantage)
• Travel: up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience at OEM aerospace manufacturers.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., MATLAB).
• Experience in design and development multi-level environment.
• Experience with simulation and modelling of propulsion systems.
