Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Room Service Coordinator to join our team.

About the role:
The Room Service Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of the Room service department. The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service, manage and develop a team, manage labor cost and operating expenses and develop relationships with guests. This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months

What You will do:

• Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order according to Four Seasons Standards.
• Describe the selection of Food & Beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom by Room Service Servers in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality; properly and accurately close guest checks; record guest charges and gratuities.
• Coordinate amenity deliver by ensuring that all requests are received, filed, ordered from kitchen and delivered in a prompt and accurate fashion. Ensure proper posting of amenities and private bar items.

What You will bring:

• Minimum 2 years of Room Service experience.
• Minimum High School diploma.
• The ability to speak/ write in English fluently.
• Must have EU Work Authorization.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Strong communication skills Fast-Paced Experience.
