Senior Automation Engineer (English):

So, what's the role all about?

We are looking for someone to join our QA team! We are working on a complex ecosystem that connects customers around the world with customer care and allows them to resolve their issues through any digital channel (Whats App, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Line, etc.). We are still a start-up with a corporation backing us up. In the Czech Republic, there are 60 of us divided into several agile teams, and worldwide, we are 8,500 +. In the Prague branch, there are five of us in the QA team, including you. Our teams are self-organized. We would appreciate it if you value that as well.

Have you got what it takes?

• 3 years of experience as an automation engineer (at least 1 year with Java Script)
• At least 1 year of experience in API / Backend testing
• Knowledge of working with pipelines
• Technologies we use and appreciate knowledge of:
• Playwright (live programming)
• Java Script / Type Script
• Jenkins, YAML, and Ansible
• Elasticsearch and Kibana
• AWS
• Git Hub/Git
• Jira / Confluence / X-Ray

• Code Review
• Continuous integration
• Weekly sprints
• Agile

What awaits you:
Writing tests in Playwright, especially in backend testing (we'll test this in the interview)
Integration of automated tests into other environments
Consulting with developers about the technical state of the application
Manual testing four times a year as part of regression testing, according to prepared scenarios
Fun and daily communication in both Czech and English, so you need to be able to switch to English at any time.
