ABOUT THE ROLE

• At ROI Hunter, we take the Product Marketer role seriously, constantly refining it to align with industry best practices. We draw inspiration from resources like the Product Marketing Alliance and renowned product marketers such as Martina Launchengco (have you ever read her book Loved?) or famous Product Marketing Linked In personas like Yi Lin Pei. We are committed to continuous improvement, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Product Marketing success, which goes beyond mere content creation.
• Our Product Marketing strategy is built on three core pillars: Value Promise, Value delivery, and Cashing Value.
• You will be responsible for the Value Promise pillar: This encompasses everything from the first interaction a lead has with ROI Hunter to when they become a client and begin onboarding with our Customer Success teams. You will ensure our partners understand and trust our solutions, making them comfortable referring their clients to us. Your strategies will also influence how we convert these partner leads during the sales process, helping to eliminate any obstacles faced by prospects and sales reps.
• Establish a strong foundation for long-term communication and collaboration with partners to maximize the generation of qualified leads.
• Streamline the sales process to ensure swift and efficient acquisition of partner leads.
• Develop compelling messaging that aligns with our value proposition and sets the right expectations for client onboarding.
• Coordinate efforts between the Product and Commercial teams to ensure they can effectively execute the new process.
• Organize webinars and events related to our partners.
• Manage additional aspects of the sales process, including competitor analysis, TAM (Total Addressable Market) management, and product demos.
You will be an individual contributor collaborating within the team and with other stakeholders. You will not lead your own team.

Requirements
ABOUT YOU

• You’ll be at the forefront of our partnerships with Meta and Snap, engaging with professionals from these major tech companies daily and collaborating on global projects and events (we have contacts in São Paulo, the US, Dublin, London,...).
• You’ll take ownership of the Value Promise pillar and work closely with our commercial teams and product managers to shape its future.
• You will collaborate with an exceptional team of Hunters from Brazil, London, Prague, Brno, Dubai, and beyond.
• We need your passion & energy to build a great product that really serves people and around 5 years of experience in product marketing/B2B marketing, preferably in a Saa S company for e-commerce.
• Most of our communication happens in English, so you’ll need it—a lot! :)

• You’ve got a knack for storytelling, turning techy details into benefits that customers actually care about. Plus, you know how to bridge the gap between product and commercial teams in a Saa S environment.
Please note, that for this role you need to be currently based in the Czech Republic.

2.5 years ago, Dominika joined us as the first Product Marketing Manager. There was no blueprint, no established playbook—just a bold vision of what Product Marketing could become.
