The project and the role description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead who would join a project for our Swedish client, a global manufacturing company that provides professionals and consumers with forest, park, lawn and garden products and construction.

In this position, you will be responsible for implementing Microsoft Copilot and Git Hub Copilot within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the implementation and embrace of multimodal generative AI content creation tools throughout the organization.
• Offer hands-on guidance and training to users, ensuring they master 3rd party tools available on the market.
• Craft and sustain comprehensive documentation and training resources for end-users.
• Collaborate with diverse departments to grasp their needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
• Monitor and assess the performance of multimodal generative AI content creation tools, offering feedback and recommendations for enhancement.
• Identify scalable processes and business opportunities for influence.
• Implement and contribute to the value realization framework to ensure traceability of business benefits unlocked by gen AI solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies in the area of multimodal generative AI content creation.
• Coordinate an end to end adoption of 3rd party AI tools from procurement, through alignment with internal IT guidelines and policies, to roll out and usage

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, particularly in IT or technology-driven environments.
• Proven ability to infuse creative content insights into the execution of (digital) products and enhance user-facing experiences.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with teams from the planning stages to final delivery.
• Proven experience in digital content strategy, journalism, production, visual concepts, and related creative skills.
• Experience with multimodal Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Experience leading and collaborating on cross-functional projects to develop products, address urgent needs, anticipate issues, and resolve concerns collaboratively and promptly.
• Experience creating multimodal content for diverse communities and niche topics.
• Previous experience working with product and technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and news.
• Proficiency in editing skills.
• Fluent in English to work effectively in a multinational team.
• Located in Czechia or Slovakia for easy signing of cooperation offers and occasional team meetings
