Ciklum is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java) to join our team full-time in the Czech Republic.

About the role:
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java), become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Automation of regression and other functional testing of UI/backend
- Building and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- Integrating automated testing into CI processes
- Test case creation and adjustments for automated testing needs
- Test data and test environment preparations
- Making conclusions and reporting about the stability of the product under test
- Participate in the team activities according to the delivery methodology (e.g. daily meetings, planning, retrospectives etc)
- Communicate with Technical Lead, Architects, developers and other colleagues and stakeholders
- Delivering the product roadmap and plannings
- To use high coding standards, software best practices over the whole SDLC
- 3+ years of Test Automation
- Solid commercial experience with Java
- Professional experience in QA Automation of products via Selenium (Web Driver), Robot Framework, JUnit, Mock
- Good knowledge in Computer Science and Computing Theory (e.g. paradigm &; principles, OOP, integration and design patterns, security best practices), network interactions conventions and protocols
- In-depth knowledge of different testing methods and processes (test design and execution), techniques and types
- Experience with continuous integration processes and tools (Teamcity will be a plus)
- Experience of working with version control systems (GIT)
- Understanding of delivery methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Good English skills – Upper-Intermediate and above
- Experience with API test automation of services-based applications
- Experience with UI testing of web-based applications written on Electron JS framework
- Hand-on experience with code inspection tools (Sonar Qube)
- Good analytical skills
- Good team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
