Join our new role of a Service Now SPM Domain Architect that focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module within Service Now.
Your main duties and responsibilities are:

Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement SPM solutions tailored to the organisation's specific needs, including demand management, project and portfolio management, application portfolio management, and financial planning.
Development of Service Now Solutions: Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement Service Now solutions
Providing technical expertise and participating in the implementation of the new Service Now functionalities
Documentation of Service Now architecture for use internally
Contribution to Service Now software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery
Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties

You will be a great fit for this role if you have…

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with Service Now at least 4 years from implementation role
A CSA certificate is required, CIS SPM is a plus
4+ years of experience with scripting or programming (Java Script, SQL, DB)
Domain expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a plus
Project management skills
Solid communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs
Fluent English
A structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
Excellent communication and change management skills
Ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams
Good general consulting skills - soft skills, structured thinking, effective report writing and presentations and stakeholder engagement
