RINA Digital Solutions is a growing IT Company in Aalborg, and we are looking for a sharp, dedicated accounting assistant with experience in a similar position and a desire to work and develop skills in bookkeeping, financial management, accounting and payroll here in the office in Denmark.

About the job

You will be part of a team of three employees in the finance department and together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for daily bookkeeping tasks and ensuring our finances are always in balance.

Your tasks will be varied and include the following:

Daily bookkeeping
Invoicing and handling accounts receivable and payable
Reconciliation of bank accounts, VAT, taxes and payroll
Payroll processing and reimbursements, etc.
VAT and tax reporting
Preparing materials for monthly and annual accounts
Participating in the improvement of internal processes and work routines in the finance department

About you

We are looking for a passionate and skilled accounting assistant who is self-driven, structured and detail oriented. We expect you to have an economic or accounting background.

You are a good team player, efficient, and take pride in accommodating deadlines. You are also a good communicator with a pragmatic and service-oriented approach to work. Additionally, you have an understanding and practical insight into administration and are willing to work broadly with administration, finance, bookkeeping, payroll and other varying tasks.

It will be an advantage if you have knowledge and experience with Navision/Business Central and Lessor Payroll. Part of the communication with customers and colleagues is in English.
