Support the development of procurement services on a global scale
Group IT is growing, and we are welcoming a new member as Application Manager SAP Procurement / Ariba to enable us to optimize and innovate our procurement services. Optimize and maintain procurement services
You are responsible for developing and maintaining secure procurement services in line with business line and support function requirements. You will actively implement assigned procurement software solutions according to the procurement roadmap and oversee the design, build, and operation of these solutions for the assigned business entity.

Your main tasks will be to:

Oversee IT services/applications within the Procure to Pay process.
Manage IT projects including analysis of business requirements, coordination within the IT organization and delivering on the agreed scope.
Translate business requirements into actionable procurement cycle implementations.
Provide best-practice input for tool setup and operational models.
Oversee integrations with the procurement IT landscape.

You will be part of a team of 20 collaborative and skilled specialists within our Digital Core team and report to the Director, Digital Core. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in HQ in Denmark (Copenhagen), Poland (Warszowice), Czech Republic (Velke Mezirici and Kladno), Lithuania (Kaunas), Sweden (Malmö or Karlskrona), The Netherlands (Rotterdam), or Germany (Cologne). We offer the flexibility to work either in a hybrid model or fully remote from home.

SAP P2P / Ariba specialist with stakeholder management skills
You are a great relationship-builder with good communication skills. Effective planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize among tasks, are also key competences for this position.

Your background:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, information technology, or similar.
+ 6 years’ experience in SAP Ariba and SAP MM
Knowledge of ITIL or similar documentation standards.
Proficiency in English
