The Role
As our Bags Designer, your primary focus will be on designing and developing innovative and commercially appealing bags and small goods items. You will support on the creative process from initial concept through to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of creative solutions and concepts within the bags category.
- Create and improve seasonal bags products, ensuring they align with the brand profile and product strategy.
- Conduct trend research and apply customer insights to inform design decisions.
- Produce detailed sketches, fabric and trim specifications, and product descriptions for internal and external presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the design team and other departments to ensure a seamless product development process. Travel to visit suppliers, manufacturers, showrooms, and participate in key account meetings as needed.

We are seeking a proactive, positive, and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should have a high level of creativity, a keen eye for detail, and strong skills in both 2D (sketching) and 3D (mocking up samples or details).
We also expect that you have:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a design environment, specifically working on bags design .
- Technical knowledge of bags construction, materials, trims, and details.
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
- Skill on 3D design software like CLO3D or similar is a plus.
- Strong research skills and a good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to manage your own creative process and execute designs within given parameters.
- Experience with travel for supplier visits and other business needs is essential. Previous work with a PLM system is a plus.
