Business Process Analyst

- Perform Quantitative analysis of onboarding processes, draw optimization conclusions & identify solutions (either technical, or behavioral)
- Document business requirements/user stories and work with technology and business teams to completion (launch of feature)
- Prepare change risk assessment documents and mitigation actions, ensure actions are implemented and signed off with owners
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders across the organization such as Product Owners, Developers, Compliance, Legal and Non Financial Risk Officers as well as people working with manual approval of client accounts to drive process improvement changes
- You are able to drive tasks forward independently, when encountering obstacles, you find a solution with stakeholders
- You thrive in coordinating between many stakeholders and will take pride in delivering a quality project
- You are focused on meeting deadlines
- Master degree in Data Science, IT Application Development or similar
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business process improvement role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools— SQL, Excel, Power BI
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills—if you can explain concepts to a room full of teenagers, you’re on the right track (bonus points for flow charts, gliffy diagrams or similar)
- Naturally enthusiastic about continuous improvement (and you have a deep-seated dislike for the phrase “that’s how we’ve always done it”).
- Structured, and detail oriented when necessary
- A problem solver who can create a clear structure from complexities
- Take ownership and responsibility for your work
- Self-driven, thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
- Have a sense of humor and are a team player. Everyone has something to learn and something to teach.
