Carpenter or concrete builder for house construction and maintenance

CRInvest Ap S is a growing company managing several residential properties in the southern region of Denmark. We are currently looking for a skilled Carpenter or Concrete Builder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong construction background who enjoys working independently based on provided drawings and instructions. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

**House Maintenance:** Perform regular upkeep and repairs on existing properties, including tasks related to tiling, wood façade repairs, and general groundskeeping.

**New Construction Projects:** Involvement in the construction of new housing projects, including tasks related to concrete work, carpentry, tiling, and façade screed.

**Project Planning & Execution:** Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to plan and execute construction projects. You will have a significant say in planning your tasks and organizing your workflow.

**Multi-disciplinary Work:** Handle a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, from woodwork and carpentry to concrete building and exterior finishes.

### **Qualifications:**

Proven experience as a carpenter or concrete builder, with a solid understanding of construction principles and building techniques.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, interpreting and following construction drawings and instructions.

Experience with tiling, carpentry, façade work, and concrete construction.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges on-site.

Ability to collaborate with subcontractors and other team members for project success.

### **Requirements:**

Valid EU work visa and legal permission to work in Denmark.

EU driver’s license and the ability to travel to different work sites.

Flexibility in work schedules; willingness to work in both short-term and long-term projects.
