- Operatives Management: Postbearbeitung, Ablage, Telefondienst, Bearbeitung von B2B Anfragen sowie deren Koordination, Gestaltung von Verkaufsplakaten- und Schildern, Buchung und Koordination von Dienstreisen sowie Organisation von Unterkünften für Leiharbeiter/ Saisonkräfte, Protokollführung bei Management Meetings, Fuhrparkmanagement
- Warenwirtschaft: Bestellungen und Verwaltung der Dienstkleidung
- Übernahme von Manager of Duty - Diensten
- Systematische und wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit mit dem Parkmanager, Management-Team & Marketing
- Completed training in the catering, retail or administration/secretarial sector
- Several years of professional experience in a relevant/comparable position
- Professional experience in the catering industry
- You have a talent for organisation and keep a clear head even in stressful situations
- You are no stranger to service orientation and the guest is always king with you
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy your work
- Good knowledge of Danish, good knowledge of English or German is also welcome
